½ cucumber
1 oz. dried wakame seaweed
¼ tsp. white roasted sesame seeds
Salad Dressing Mix:
3 Tbsp. Mizkan Natural Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
Cut cucumber crosswise into very thin slices.
Rehydrate the dried wakame seaweed in a bowl of water. When the wakame seaweed becomes tender, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk all of the salad dressing ingredients together, until the sugar has dissolved.
Arrange the seaweed and cucumber slices in a small bowl. Pour salad dressing over the salad and serve.
